What data we process

The data you send with the contact form: company, name, email, phone (optional), area of interest, estimated volume, products of interest and your message. We do not ask for special categories of data.

What we use it for

• To answer your request for information, a quote or a sample.
• To manage any business relationship that follows from it.

Legal basis

Steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in handling business-to-business communications (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

How long we keep it

For as long as the relationship lasts or as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the statutory limitation periods of any liabilities that may arise.

Who else processes it

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors:

• Vercel Inc. (website hosting).
• Resend (sending the contact form by email).

International transfers

These providers may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to cpp@grupocpp.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
